Faspay aims to be the trusted online payment gateway within Indonesia for all eCommerce businesses, with the ultimate goal of allowing your customers to be paid in any way they prefer.

How much does fee cost?
First of all, we don’t have any signup/setup fees. You only pay when you make money. We do not charge for failed transactions.
Due to different regulations for each bank, we have different pricing for online banking and mobile payments. Please contact us for the pricelist details.
We believe that the eCommerce market will grow and we want to help it. We are trying to offer the reasonable cost for our services and transfer our reduced cost to add merchants profit.
Is the fee negotiable?
We want to be your partner to help your business grow and maximize revenues. We understand that different merchants have different needs in terms of margin levels, security requirements, transactions volume and more. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concern or question on the fees.
Which bank do i use? is there any fee if i send it to another bank account?
We are currently connected to BCA, Mandiri, Danamon, and CIMB Niaga as the credit card acquiring banks. Merchants can choose which bank they would like to work with. Settlement will be done directly from acquiring Banks to merchants.

Does the credit card fee already include the Bank’s Merchant Discount Rate?
Faspay applies only flat fee, MDR is to be negotiated by merchant with Banks directly.
Will I get charged for refunds?
Process of refunds is free (between bank and merchants) but the initial transaction charge cannot be returned.
Will I get charged for charge-backs?
No, we do not have charge-back fee for merchants. However, the merchant will need to refund the money to credit card holder for that particular transaction that is in dispute.
How does Faspay protect merchants against fraud and how does your fraud detection system?
Faspay provides fraud detection system.
Each merchant is assigned to a specific set of fraud detection rules. These rules may include checks on IP address location, transaction frequency, and size, etc. Every transaction needs to pass this set of rules and depending on the outcome, a transaction will be approved, denied or challenged. For all challenged transactions, the merchant can decide automatically or manually to accept or deny the transaction depending on the merchant's risk tolerance.
So are we safe from fraud?
While utilizing our fraud detection system will significantly reduce online fraud, unfortunately online fraud is a business risk that online merchants need to take (similar to bad account receivables). If merchant's are significantly adverse to fraud, we recommend merchants to implement more strict detection rules, which will provide more merchant protection from fraud loss, for example accepting only 3D Secure Cards.
What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is an online service designed to make online shopping transactions safer by authenticating a cardholder's identity at the time of purchase. This service is known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. A transaction using Verified by Visa/SecureCode will redirect cardholders to the website of their card issuing bank. The cardholder may then be requested by their bank to enter a password to be authenticated. Given the additional steps that a consumer will need to go through to complete the transaction, 3D Secure may negatively impact your conversion rate and turn away legitimate customers.
Are you PCI-DSS Compliant?
Yes. In processing credit card transactions, our certified system as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider to process your cardholder data securely based on a globally accepted international standard.
How do i manage my Faspay account?
Faspay has created a Merchant Administration Portal in which merchants can check transactions or update status (eg. Void transaction, refund).
Merchant Administration Portal is provided for which merchants to check transactions for reporting or complain handling purposes.
Can i have sub merchants?
No. Faspay only deal with merchant directly. But if you are not sure about sub merchants, please talk to us.
When will I receive the money in my account?
Acquiring Bank(s) transfers the money into the merchant bank account 2 working days after the transaction is completed.
It takes only 1 working day for faspay / bank(s) to transfer the money to merchant bank. As for BRI, the settlement is real time.
All transfers to the merchant bank account can be viewed on the dashboard web-report.
Is there any minimum volume transaction?
We apply a grace period to support your introduction of new payment methods to your customers before a reasonable minimum volume is applied.
We will work together with you to figure out the best period and minimum volume for your online business.
What happen if there is different transactions data between merchant and Faspay ?
We will compare and adhere to the transaction log held by the bank.
Do you separate authorization and settlement? So that merchant have time to confirm the transactions?
Yes we can separate authorization and settlement period for the credit card transaction. Merchant can void transaction any time before settlement if for example, the product is out of stock.
Can i use Faspay to accept international payment?
Yes, Faspay can accept international credit cards with Visa or Mastercard logo.
How does Faspay pricing compare to other providers?
It is difficult to make a direct comparison, as different payment gateway systems do not all offer the same services. But other providers may charge an additional set up fee, monthly fees, fraud detection services and other additional charges you may not need for your online business. Faspay promises that there are no hidden charges.
Do you offer other types of payments?
Besides credit card, we also provide online debit (Mandiri ClickPay, CIMB Clicks, BCA KlikPay, BRI epay) and mobile payment (BRI Mocash, Tcash, XL Tunai, Dompetku, Mynt). We are in the midst of establishing partnership with other payment options. We will let you know once it has been finalized. Please stay tuned!
Do you offer monthly recurring payments?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer recurring payments. However, we are working on it and hope to have a solution ready soon.
Do you offer mobile version?
Our payment page is already mobile enabled, so customers can do transaction using their smartphones or tablets.
Do you offer installment?
Yes, currently we can provide credit card installment with our acquiring bank partner, Mandiri. We are working to provide other installment, and this should be ready sometime soon.
What will appear in our customer’s credit card statement?
Your merchant name will appear in the statement.
